먼저, 컬쳐띵크는 현재까지 위메프 공연티켓을 통해 판매된 티켓 판매금을 모두 지급받은 상황으로, 예매하신 분들의 티켓이 취소되거나 관람이 불가한 일은 절대 발생하지 않습니다.
RAPBEAT 2024 관람일까지 예매 상태를 유지하신 경우 차질 없이 관람 가능하오니 예매자 분들께서는 예매 상태를 유지해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 티켓 예매 관련
현재 RAPBEAT 2024 티켓은 KREAM에서 예매가 가능합니다.
RAPBEAT 공식 인스타그램 계정의 프로필 링크 및 홈페이지 등에서 판매 페이지 링크를 확인하실 수 있으며, KREAM 홈페이지 혹은 APP에서 예매 가능하신 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

- 기타 안내
현재 위메프 공연티켓 시스템 이슈로 예매 취소 및 환불을 못받으신 경우 위메프 공연 티켓 고객센터(1661-4764) 또는 위메프 온라인 페이지 내 ‘마이페이지 1:1 문의하기’를 통해 문의 남겨주시기 바랍니다.

Hello, this is CULTURE THINK, the organizer and host of RAPBEAT 2024.
We would like to quickly address any concerns that our ticket holders may have regarding the recent WeMakePrice issue.

- Regarding festival attendance for purchased tickets
First of all, CULTURE THINK can confirm that we have received all of the proceeds from the ticket sales made through WeMakePrice so far, so there will not be any cancellation of any tickets issued or any inability to attend the event for those who have already reserved their tickets.
If you decide to keep your current reservation until the RAPBEAT 2024 performance date, you will be able to attend the festival without any disruption, so please keep your reservation status as it is.

- Regarding the reservation of new tickets
Currently, RAPBEAT 2024 tickets are available for reservation through KREAM.
You can access the sales page link through the profile link of RAPBEAT’s official Instagram account and website. Please note that you can also make your reservations directly on the KREAM website or through their official app.
